I honestly haven't either. I was at Lowes for some reason or another and walked through the wood aisle. It was all really pretty so I decided to buy a large piece and ask them to cut it up for me :p
The wood's only $10 and I can get five or six paintings out of it.

haha nice ingenuity there, a real artist can make use of anything for a blank canvas. Really got something good goin for you, especially since you cant go wrong with the cost too...hell i just spent 60 bucks on paper/ink and some pencils last friday

still questioning how the hell that price makes sense...
